With over two decades of experience in the music industry, Amanda Carter brings a unique combination of educational expertise and business operations leadership to C&C Instrument Care. Amanda began her career in 1998 as a band director, teaching 6-12 grade band at Cassville Middle and High School, followed by an 11-year tenure at Nevada, MO, where she consistently led her bands to top ratings at competitions and achieved the highest student participation in district bands.
In 2012, Amanda transitioned from the classroom to become an Educational Road Representative, serving schools throughout Missouri and Northern Arkansas. Her ability to build strong relationships with educators and expand market reach led to the opening of a new store location in Arkansas. She was later promoted to Director of School Music Operations at Palen Music Center, where she spearheaded initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and customer service.
Amanda’s passion for music and operational excellence extends beyond the classroom. In her business leadership roles at Paperwise and LCS Kleen-Aire, she implemented cost-saving measures, streamlined processes, and drove organizational growth. Her expertise in financial oversight, strategic planning, and team leadership has resulted in significant operational improvements and cost reductions.
As a proud holder of both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music Education from Missouri State University, Amanda remains committed to supporting music education and providing top-tier service to the local music community through C&C Instrument Care.
